Hotel Engineer Awareness

Project Background

Regions Pest is a small family-owned pest prevention company servicing the entire DFW Metroplex. While the company had both residential and commercial clientele, the focus was always on growing the commercial side of the business, specifically in the hotel and restaurant industries.

Goals

To increase awareness of Regions Pest amongst pest prevention decision makers in the hotel industry. This included hotel managers, hotel engineers, and hotel maintenance staff.

Reasoning

I created both paid and organic social media content for LinkedIn. Within the LinkedIn Ads Manager, you can target specific industries and job titles which is why LinkedIn was our focus. LinkedIn was also the platform we had the most B2B engagement from, while other platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn tended to more residential customers.

Creative Process

I created a multi-ad series highlighting the key features that Regions Pest offered to set them apart from the competition. Each ad included a single key feature such as the BedBugElite program, the 24/7 call line, the proprietary hotel documentation system created by Regions Pest’s COO, etc.

Results

In the month-long campaign run, Regions Pest garnered over 5,070 ad impressions, 89 ad clicks, and 4 website form completions requesting information on the hotel pest prevention program.
